Joel has been a mechanic, stock-boy, welder, factory laborer, librarian and a writer.    Most recently he started working for the Fort Erie Public Library as their Public Services Coordinator.   Joel has specialized in Real Estate writing since 2004 and has enjoyed success writing for Suite101.com as well as freelance writing on the topic of Real Estate.
